Pop Up Critters

It's a picture heavy post today because I've made a twist and pop card with each panel featuring a different critter.  I've also tried some 'ombre' inking using distress inks and a sponge dauber to create the sky and ground.

It is my first card using this fold and it took a while to make, but I was pleased with the finished result.  

My Japanese friend often sends me pop-up or 3D cards so I specifically wanted to make one for her birthday and chose this style to try.

Wow!!! Annette, this is beyond gorgeous hun. That ink work and those sweet critters. I so want to get my hands on some Purple Onion images, they're just so cute!! Wow, wow, wow! The Adorable Factor is off the charts on this one! I love the structure of the card and how we get to see so many gorgeous panels. And your coloring skills are phenomenal!
